Adam graduated from Wethersfield High School in 1993. He attended Assumption College and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. After college, Adam worked at The Hartford as an education consultant where he managed numerous projects and team members. In 2003, he decided to join his father and form Gove Restoration LLC. Adam has a great deal of experience in the home renovation business, having worked with his father during school breaks and vacations throughout high school and college.
Adam is an avid fan of the Yankees, Patriots, and Bruins, and enjoys golfing and deep sea fishing whenever he can. He enjoys playing guitar, being outside, and spending time with his family.
Matthew is a class of 2004 graduate from Providence College where he studied marketing, with a concentration in business management. Upon graduation, Matt obtained a job as District Manager for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in the Small Business Services Division, where he oversaw sales, marketing and advertising, and relationship and channel development within a designated territory.
In 2006, Matt decided to join his father, Don, and brother, Adam, in the family business. Prior to his graduation from Providence College, Matt worked as a part-time employee for Don Gove Painting for six years and then two years for Gove Restoration LLC. During this period, he learned the carpentry and painting trades and grew to love the intricate detail associated with home restoration work.
Matt loves spending time with his family and enjoying life's simple pleasures, especially near the water. He's drawn to the beach and enjoys being out on the water or simply relaxing by the shore. Music is an important part of his life, and he enjoys playing guitar and ukulele as well as singing whenever he can. He also has a creative side and likes working with his hands through activities like sketching and woodworking, where he finds satisfaction in bringing ideas to life.
