This was a major whole house remodel which included every aspect of home remodeling. The entire exterior was redone which included new siding, new roofing, new roof sheathing, new landscaping, and a whitewash on the stone veneer. 

We decreased the size of the front door and installed a craftsman style door which matched the entry post we installed. 

The interior was completely gutted down to the studs. We installed all new electrical and plumbing where necessary. We removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room, moved the rear entry door, and increased the kitchen size by installing a beautiful and well thought out galley style kitchen. 

The shaker cabinets were accented with black honed granite countertops. All new interior doors and trim accent each room through the house. In the living room, we installed shiplap paneling over the fireplace, painted the brick, and installed a classic set of fireplace doors. 

We remodeled both bathrooms in the house and installed classic and timeless tiles in each space. The basement was completely remodeled as well and serves as a fantastic family room. 

We upgraded the electrical service and hot water heater, installed a very high efficiency heat pump/AC unit, and installed all new duct work as well.
