This project was completed in two phases.

Phase one was to restore the beautiful wrap-around porch. After removing the flooring, we discovered that much of the original framing was rotted. We dug new footings, framed a new floor and installed new Douglas Fir tongue and groove flooring and stair treads. We custom made matching balusters and installed them where necessary. The lattice on the entire front of the porch was redone with custom made new lattice material made to match the old style and design. 

Phase two was to refinish the entire exterior with a full color change paint job. We replaced several clapboards and finished the house with Benjamin Moore exterior paint.
