This project brought together the kitchen, entryway, bathroom, pantry, and dry bar to create a cohesive, elevated look throughout the home. The goal was to combine timeless design with thoughtful functionality, resulting in spaces that feel bright, refined, and purpose-built for everyday living. We were happy to partner with Olivia Hanzel of Reliv Design to create this beautiful space for our clients. 

A Custom Kitchen Designed for the Way You Live:


The kitchen became the centerpiece of the remodel, featuring custom cabinetry, chef-grade appliances, and quartz countertops paired with a matching quartz backsplash for a clean, seamless appearance. Appliance panels were integrated into the cabinetry to create a cohesive built-in look, allowing the appliances to blend beautifully into the overall design.

Warm gold accents add a sophisticated contrast to the light cabinetry, while a new lighting layout enhances both the atmosphere and functionality of the space. In-cabinet and undercabinet lighting provide layered illumination, making it easier to work while adding a subtle glow throughout the kitchen.

Functionality was considered down to the details. A pop-up outlet was incorporated into the island to provide convenient access to power without disrupting the countertop's clean lines, while a pot filler above the range adds another layer of convenience for everyday cooking.

Beyond the kitchen, the remodel extended into several adjoining spaces, allowing the design details and finishes to flow naturally throughout the home.

The pantry was upgraded with new cabinetry, countertops, and tile, transforming it into a highly functional storage space that complements the main kitchen.

The dry bar was completely refreshed with cabinetry and countertops that coordinate with the kitchen, along with a tile backsplash that adds texture and visual interest. The result is a dedicated entertaining space that feels like a natural extension of the kitchen rather than a separate room.

In the entryway, a new custom entry bench provides both seating and functionality, while new tile creates a durable and welcoming first impression.

The bathroom received a fresh new look with updated tile, bringing the space in line with the clean, sophisticated aesthetic established throughout the remodel.

From custom cabinetry and integrated appliances to layered lighting and carefully coordinated materials, every element of this remodel was selected with both aesthetics and function in mind. The finished home feels cohesive from room to room while still giving each space its own purpose.

The result is a polished, timeless renovation that elevates the everyday experience—from preparing a meal in the new chef-inspired kitchen to entertaining at the dry bar and coming home to a beautifully finished entryway.

Bathrooms

This was a major whole house remodel which included every aspect of home remodeling. The entire exterior was redone which included new siding, new roofing, new roof sheathing, new landscaping, and a whitewash on the stone veneer. 

We decreased the size of the front door and installed a craftsman style door which matched the entry post we installed. 

The interior was completely gutted down to the studs. We installed all new electrical and plumbing where necessary. We removed a wall between the kitchen and dining room, moved the rear entry door, and increased the kitchen size by installing a beautiful and well thought out galley style kitchen. 

The shaker cabinets were accented with black honed granite countertops. All new interior doors and trim accent each room through the house. In the living room, we installed shiplap paneling over the fireplace, painted the brick, and installed a classic set of fireplace doors. 

We remodeled both bathrooms in the house and installed classic and timeless tiles in each space. The basement was completely remodeled as well and serves as a fantastic family room. 

We upgraded the electrical service and hot water heater, installed a very high efficiency heat pump/AC unit, and installed all new duct work as well.

We were hired to transform an already finished basement into a more functional space. We removed the existing flooring, most of the sheetrock, and most of the interior walls from the space so a new layout could be created. 

All of the baseboard heating was removed as well so new heating elements and covers could be installed. We built new interior walls which better separated specific areas and we created an area which allowed the homeowners to use the space as an in-law suite when people visited from out of town. 

We created a main hallway which branched off into a family room in one direction and into a shared bathroom in the other direction. In the family room and in-law suite area, we installed Coretec cork/laminate flooring which is great for direct contact with a concrete floor. We installed all new doors which included replacing the exterior double door with a more functional double door and installing a pocket door leading from the suite into a walk-in closet. 

In the bathroom, we installed a custom linen cabinet which matched the custom vanity that was installed. The vanity was created in a way which allowed us to cover the water meter, but still provide access to it through the cabinet door. We installed a 4' tiled shower stall and installed a nonslip tile on the floor. 

All new electrical, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and T.V. mounts/wiring were run throughout the space. After installing all new trim, the space was finished off with a fresh coat of Benjamin Moore paint.
